Stephen brings more than thirty years of consulting experience to his work with clients around the world, helping leaders and organizations transform through leadership development, behavioral change, and organization redesign.
Prior to founding Redwood Advisory Partners, Stephen was a partner at Deloitte Consulting, McKinsey & Co., and PwC, where he led the global organization practice — bringing a genuinely global perspective from time spent living and working across Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
